Premiair was founded in 1993 for Airtours group of the Uk, Premiair was Airtours' danish subsidiary. Not much is known about Premiair, we'll just have to wait for more information, I guess. On the 1st of May 2002, Premiair was most likely re-branded as My Travel Airways Scandinavia, also at this time Airtours was re-branded as My Travel Airways. In 2008, Airtours group was megred into Thomas Cook airlines UK, and that was Premiair for you! if you have any questions you can ask me and I'll try to answer, don't be worried if i don't respond within 1 year, that's just me being me :D
