Custom landing gear.
Fully operational cockpit. (Unchanged from the original except for some additional safety precautions.)

Oh, and a custom built hybrid engine. (No more stalling.)
Also, the WP in the Bush Bachelor's name stands for Water plane.
Throttle up a little or a lot, pitch, roll, yaw, and trim.
