This is a Volkswagen beetle woody with a ford 1940 hood. And surprisingly this is (or was) a real ting! some companies sell a body kit for the vw beetle that was supposed to look like a 40's ford, so it can look more "classy" if you know what I mean. but yeah, enjoy this vintage thing to, idk, maybe go to an beach with the family?
