Really simple design, sorry for the lack of detail. Has no flaps, was not sure if no control surface meant no wings, so this has wings, sorry if that's DQ. Has no flaps, or props. Standard flight ccontrols, except no Trim. Use Yaw on water to turn (careful its fast). Gentle throttle up and takeoff before nose start to dip. Has wheels, but does not land gracefully. If you start to spin out during takeoff, STOP, let settle try again.
