@MrCOPTY almost all if not all USAF jets from the F100 onwards have a tail hook, it's not exactly for naval use, it's for short landing operations.

braking cables are put on the runway (I think the idea is that in an emergency these cavles can be attached to trucks and the like to make weight) in case of, IDK... damage on the runway, short runways, etc

Interestingly, in terms of "arresting hook" - I read that US NAVY had tested F104 for NAVY use, but they never used it in NAVY service. and so, F104 was only used by the USAF (and hooked one with MrCOPTY's SP Force). Nice built buddy!

@MrCOPTY yes so now I have a game theory:
The main force of the Droo Air Force(DAF) is NF104A
the main air force of the Droo Navy(DN) is F18(or Wasp in the games) and the flagship is USS Beast in SP and Drone Ship in SR2(???)
the main force of Droo Army(DA) is T-17 Hover Tank(Highest rated tank of SP) and AH-64D(Highest rated helicopter of SR2)
The flagship of Droo Space Force(DSF) is UNSC Infinity(highest rated starship of SR2)(what)

@ReinMcDeer true. It is a “rocket with wings” which means not a good staff for low speed

@WinsWings Holy crap. Imagine trying to fly this thing at the low speeds necessary for carrier ops

@WinsWings Yes, it was confusing to put the tailhook on, I knew she had one, but I've never seen an F-104 land on an aircraft carrier.

This is cool but i think your going somewhere with the parts per number of aircraft maby you could do a F-16 with 16 parts
