A 21st century biplane made out of carbon composite that flies at low speeds. It's mainly suitable for police use, but it's cute appearence dose the opposite of intimidate criminals. It's low speed means that it's easy to land at 100~90 mph, just keep your hand on the brakes. VTOL for spoilers. For Supercraft888's challenge.
