The first official Kistaryan Air Force plane. not much has been changed, just changed the missiles and livery

this superbird has 16 missiles, all FOX-1 with high targeting angles and quick lock time, as well as unforgiving speed, turn rate, and explosive mass. the plane itself turns like its pilot's blood is a non-newtonian fluid, has very stall-resistant wings, and a hull stronger than most. this is not an aircraft to be taken lightly.

it's missiles can be rapid fired, have a very high lifetime, do not care for your passive radar jamming (if you have PRJ, though it does make it a bit easier to deal with them), and because of their properties, can turn the sky into an angry hornets nest until the plane is taken out.

its like an arsenal bird but with missiles instead of drones.

MISSILES EXPLANATION:

FM-33 Jetstream:
An AirToAir medium-close range FOX-1 missile with a near 180 degree targeting angle, high heading adjustment rate, but low velocity adjustment rate. it can be fired off in burts, similar to the YM-22 for the WAF, but with the ability to lock back on to the target instantly, with the cost of bad counter-countermeasure systems.

FM-43 Vector:
A MultiRole long range FOX-1 missile with a high targeting angle, low heading adjustment rate, but high velocity adjustment rate and top speed. it has a fast lock on time, and can switch between air and ground targets near instantly. with a high explosion radius, it is sure to annihilate any target in its way.

CONTROLS:
not gonna lie the only controls i know are AG2 for nav lights and AG5 for TVC, which helps in turning. you wont really need controls since this is supposed to be flown by AI tho. BLEEEHHHH

"Fractal temporarily stripped the ability of the Su-35KSP of being able to fire FOX-3 missiles, so all combat variants are restricted to FOX-1 abd FOX-2 missiles, which isn't too much of a drawback considering how the FOX-1's mimic the flight pattern of mosquitos. Fractal strapped an advanced radar specifically for the FM-33 and FM-43 so that it's range and effectiveness can be boosted."

"In regards to Wisterian nationalists speaking up about FOX-1 missiles sucking, the Su-35KSP is commonly cited to have cut into an active dogfight between an allied fighter and a WAF fighter, and sling its telephone pole adjacent FM-43 at the WAF fighter from a BVR distance, saving the life of the allied pilot. in response to the citings, the nationalists called it "kill stealing", despite kill stealing not mattering in an active war."

some things ive noticed while dogfighting it

• because it's body is composed of so many structural wings, it has high survivability. unlike a plane such as the F/A-43, where if you shot off a wing or stabilizer it would go down in an unrecoverable spin, this plane has a nice even spread of lift, which means shooting off the entirety of the wing isnt guaranteed take it down, you need to target it's body if you want a guaranteed kill.

• if all of it's FM-33 missiles have been expended (those are it's first choice for firing if at close range), it will take slightly longer for it to lock on to you due to switching to its FM-43 radar.

• in practice, even if you dump flares like european football fans, you need to maneuver like an AC7 antagonist to survive.

• burst missile munitions are the best at taking this thing down especially FOX-3 at close range. it cant mess up the radar of every missile if you fire 20 at once.

• it has infinite flares. the second you get that lock it will attempt to break it, and it will break it very fast most of the time.

• always pull for shots if your engines are good enough, if not, try to get beside, below, or behind it. it has roll rate comparable to a bomber, but it pitches up very well when not rolling, so never be in front or above it, as it can get a good shot with it's guns very fast.

• when all of it's missiles are gone, it will have switched to the FM-43 radar setting, which has no back coverage unlike the FM-33 which is near 180. when it does, stay behind it!

• it maneuvers like a Su-57 sometimes due to it's lifting body causing lots of drag when turning, meaning it will almost always be slower than you unless you are a WW2 plane, then again, if you are, have fun killing this thing with your peashooter guns.

• on the topic of guns, having a good gun is great. in the rare time where you get a perfect shot at it's full profile, and it is crossing your crosshair, fire goddammit!

• adding to the first one, even if it is still in the fight after taking out a wing, it is hard for it to maneuver. it will be a slug. take your chance and extend away, turn back around, and strafe it again!
