At this point, I really need collaboration, I am really struggling to complete the aircraft.
I am unsure if it's VR capable but I did put the cylinder handle as a throttle handle and the joystick as yokes, the only thing that is missing from the cockpit is trim control

oh, in Russia, apparently, it is called a little differently. Commander, he is also the first pilot (on the left seat).

Here's how to make it even better:
- place the cameras of the pilots below so that the dashboard is better seen
- remove the centering of the aircraft commander's camera
- add a vertical speed indicator to the commander's dashboard
- it is possible to complicate the control of the aircraft, add engine starting procedures, for example
- add wing flex
- add camera shaking from overloads.
- add fixed flap positions
- increase the efficiency of the reverse
