Q-6 "Delta" Aerial Target

18.7k Thelegitpilot13  1.2 years ago

History:

The Q-6 was a medium-sized flying wing drone used by the United States Air Force in the mid to late 1990's. It provided a suitable and cheap target for heat-seeking and radar-guided missile testing while not having to use the more expensive QF-4 Phantom conversions. They were either dropped in the air by bombers or launched from the ground via zero-launch systems. This model also includes Miss Distance Indicators on the wings for scoring missile shots if not shot down directly.

This aircraft is intended for AI use only. Set to fly up and automatically level off at 10,000 ft before flying straight. Happy hunting!
