Yes, I believe this entry is disqualified. After 5 days of vain investigation, the hull fins were determined to be the cause.
Both automatic AI spawn and grounding to the runway were not possible. However, it is possible to launch from Water Takeoff.

@pancelvonat I am considering the best plane for this challenge (my personal opinion at this moment), let me finish testing all the entries and fare and square with every one.
@OrderlyHippo Yes, it is. In fact, more than 800 of these flying boats have already been picked up by players. More than my personal reflection, I am glad to have completed the PBM with more quality and mobile friendly, which was in the minority in SP.
Fortunately, I can always convert it to a PBM-5, an amphibian plane, by reviewing a few parts.
