This aircraft was a small and easy to fly torpedo bomber originally developed specifically for carriers. Due to the reliability of the aircraft, coupled with it’s stable flight characteristics, the IJN also used the sturdy aircraft for other roles, such as coastal patrol and as a catapult launched recon aircraft.

Oh hi, I’m back from my break, and made some planes, so here have one of them
I made this because I wanted to make a plane that made use of using a magnet as a cosmetic radial engine, and also because I wanted it to float. However, I made the carrier launched one first so I could see how it would fly without floats, and then made the floating one. It happened to have wonderful flight characteristics, good maneuverability, and a surprisingly good climb rate. It’s also got a horizontally rotating turret (I finally figured out how to make it fire through the vertical stabilizer) as well as the torpedo (angled down) and it’s two wing MG’s. It’s a fun plane to fly around, and it’s also somewhat good looking, in my books at least. Anyways, have a great time flying this thing around!

AG1 to extend the arrestor hook. AG2 to activate the turret. VTOL to rotate it.
