Take 2 with no helicopter rotors sorry for the mess up.

Civilian Sea plane hybrid rotor plane.
AG 1: Lights
VTOL: Vertical Engines Props (only up on VTOL above mid point, not below half way point)
B: Air Brakes/Water brakes.
Total Horsepower: 5000 between the 4 engines.
Trim: normal

Power Up VTOL than main Throttle for take off. Turn down VTOL to about 20% in flight to save on fuel. No longer hovers but vertical assist does help a ton with water take off. For Water take off, power up VTOL fully, trim up full, ease up throttle and pull up, and it should take off nice. Water landing, ease off all power near surface, glide in at 120 mph or so.

Why is it an Banana? Well the pontoons just kind of evolved that way and the color made sense. Maybe its operated by a bit of a sarcastic smuggler, and I think I started making this thing when I was watching Archer: Danger Island, so the intent is for this to fit into that series. Sorry for the lack of fit and finish. Still never got the hang of the hours folks put into their wonderful creations for simple planes.
