This is a replica of the UNSC Pelican but of course that not fully. Because the game version original os really hard to make and even harder to have it airborne, I have designed this smaller version but fully working VTOL capable pelican! It works. All that you must know is that at 40% it begins to hover, start going forward with the VTOL slowly. Get some good altitude before going full forward.
