The YAF needed a transport for the upcoming invasion, so turned to SeabCo for a solution. This came as the SeabCo Albatross. This powerhouse has a power to weight ratio of 6, meaning it can transport huge weights, and troops. A flying boat version has also been approved. This is an aircraft of 47 sqn, to replace its ageing Hercs.
