Hi I got bored and made this. It's currently 1 am and I worked a little bit too hard on this but it's fine. For taking off, deploy takeoff flaps (VTOL down) and pull back to avoid nose diving into the runway. Once in the air, it flies well and you can use flaps to fly with much more control. Also shoutout to SpiritusRaptor for the shell ejection mechanism.
