The Ptichka is the little bird that never got to fly. This shuttle was to be the second in the fleet of Soviet shuttles. The real one is 91-97% complete and is withering away at the Baikonur Cosmodrome (correct me if I'm wrong) with another full scale shuttle, however the other shuttle was only a test model.
