I LOVE REBUILDING
Azer Transportation Leasing Company has nearly completely rebuild this ALCo S4 with EMD parts and an EMD cab. why did they do this? well their S4s are showing their age and they are unable to find any more parts for these ageing engines even though most of their rolling stock is second hand ALCos. the engines were rebuilt in 1991. they run to this day, though Azer is a nuked and semi abandoned hellscape.
oh and almost all activation groups do something so just press them all and figure it out idk idc.

@Boeing727200F
Could we maybe like not nuke the planet to bits?

@X99STRIKER oh and ignore the slight radiation that comes off of these units.
matter of fact every train on the island has slight radiation to them thanks to nuclear weapons
