this is a boat that looks like a plane but it looks like that because i needed to add all that stuff for perfomance plus anyway it doesn't fly it's a boat it's not supposed to anyway to go to boat mode activate group 1 lower the throttle to 10% then to turn in the water after doing those steps just yaw to turn using vtol rcns you might also need to add some more fuel if you like
