1. Set both Prop Pitch and elevator to VTOL Max.
2. Enable Prop Engine.
3. Slowly raise throttle, 10% at a time.
4: Around 140MPH Pull back on stick.
5: After climb, back off Elevator pitch to 50% VTOL.
