The tropofortress was a heavy long range nuclear bomber carrying a small radium bomb the bomb is meant to have a medium sized long lasting radiation effect if the weather is good there will be a hieghtened radioactivity presence than normal even about 30 years after (although not deadly at that point) Even though it cannot destroy large amounts of land it can make the land uninhabitable for years

Backstory: the NHB-238 was designed for transporting the RB-1 radium bomb it was made after large wings of bombers were shot down during bombing missions on snowstone. To make it so one bomber could do more damage with only one plane.
