The Soryu Class is a nuclear attack submarine designed from the ground up for the Japanese Navy. She is armed with 4 bow mounted torpedo tubes and a 6-cell VLS (vertical launch system) capable of firing both anti-ship and cruise missiles . Top speed is classified. The Japanese Navy currently operates 16 of these of which 4 or more are at sea at all times. These are the capital ships of the Japanese Navy. Controls: Throttle to go. VTOL to turn and Roll to control roll of sub.
