Just joining with an already existing Aircraft I made to show a proof of concept. Trim to raise cockpit all the way up, and neutral to have it on the aircraft.
Rockets are very heavy, suggest to dive and drop them as if they were bombs with straighter curves.
Also, after dropping these plane becomes very maneuverable, but unstable. Ag6 if you wanna have sick mid-air tricks
Basically, enemy AI will target the Cockpit, so why not put it at 12000ft?

@11qazxc That is true, but I preferred something challenging rather than plain boring. Where's the fun if you won't get targeted!
If center of mass still in airplane, but cockpit 3600 meters above, it's moment of inertia will be crazy, also it will be hard to aim.
But the idea is very good.
