8 change after burner mode

this f-16 does not have that much feature due to my phone cant handle the part count
but it still came with FBW(fly by wire)

after burner have 2 mode
AG8 on is Activate when Throttle is above 89% or 90+
AG8 off is variable after burner that could be controlled by Throttle
max speed with no after burner: 800kph
with after burner 2300kph at 1000m ASL
