This is a modified version of the Pelican, one of my popular designs 2 years ago. I added more details to the body and rebuilt the wings and the floats to make it more realistic.
The Pelican is a luxurious flying yacht for royalties, dignitaries, and wealthy businessmen. The flying boat has a tandem wing configuration with two retractable wing floats.
Controls:
