The R1D3-1T is a medium range a artillery tank. It may not be able to elevate the gun all the way to 90 Degrees up but it still can raise it quite high.

Brake to stop the tank.
VTOL to raise and lower the cannon.
Trim to rotate the turret left and right.
8 to turn the lights off and on.
