This ornithopter has no engines and no uses no fuel, and can go over 300 kph by just flapping its four wings!
TAKEOFF
1. VTOL down to extend gear
2. Throttle up while pointing up untill takeoff 3. reset VTOL and enable action group 1 to engage lower wings.
It is also capable of VTOL, sorta. If you turn on upper wings while on the ground, you can launch yourself into the air by quickly pulling VTOL, and then turn on action group 1 to activate lower wings. It's difficult but with a couple tries very much possible. With the right angle you can take off with as little as 30mph air speed, so keep trying. Flapping wings provide lift even when not flying fast, so you can easily land at around 50 mph or even completely vertically if you manage to lose speed by turning sharply.
