Auto Credit Based on Mage2IsTriggered's WW2 Aircraft Challenge [CLOSED]

The Ionfire is Epic Engineering's entry to the WW2 Challenge by MobiusCyka.

We have never famed ourselves for replicas, however today we decided to take a middle ground approach, presenting you with a semi-realistic craft that would be a feasible fit for a late WW2 scenario.

Imagine this, it's 1945 and somehow the Luftwaffe has a substantial Jet Fighter force, outperforming the existing RAF fighters and squaring up against the few Gloster Meteors. However, those will not have been enough, so the Brits would have to improvise.
Based on the Seafire FR47, this airframe would have in fact taken a page out of the German book, installing a second engine unit in the rear fuselage of the plane.
With the sheer boost of Engine Power, along with some structural reinforcements of the Spitfire airframe, this plane could stand it's own against Boom and Zoom tactics o ME 262s.
Bear in mind the plane is rather twitchy at low speeds.
The armament is still divided by 7.7mm MGs and Hispank 20mm cannons.

The fact that the British would be able to improve the legendary Spitfire airframe to such a degree would be yet another proof of their traditionalism.

Thank you very much for your interest in this Product by Epic Engineering. As always, aftermarket upgrades and modifications are encouraged. If any questions arise, feel free to ask.

@MattEpic the horizontal stabilizers are too small compared to the wings, the front looks bulky, the props are tiny and pitch and roll are bad.

@Mobius1Cyka Thanks for the competition. I saw you were able to give other participants specific feedback to improve, can you remember what led to point loss with this plane?
