Auto Credit Based on curly's Rotor test 2
This is an ugly testbed aircraft for rotor system design. VTOL up for RPM (set to max and leave it there). Raise throttle to 20% and detach from dock with 1. Pretty nice hover characteristics. Around 45 mph strange yaw forces make the aircraft unpleasant to fly. No thrust vectoring tricks, this thing flys on real rotor thrust. Maybe you can build on it? I plan to keep experimenting.
