Use pitch and yaw to aim your missile. Throttle up the plane to about 10-20% and use action group 1 to release it. You can then use pitch and roll to aim the missile at the plane and action group 2 fires. The plane will do a backflip and crash if you do not hit it in time. Happy shooting.
