The Mobile Heavy Artillery Unit 144 is a large artillery unit desinged for long range land fire or short range coastal fire. It served the Soviet Union from 1982 - Present day Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. It has 4 crew members, Driver, Gunner, Spotter/Radio operator and Commander. Apart from its main cannon it is armed with a DSHKM machine gun at the Commander position.It has 14 Wheels but is very slow and lumbering. The gunner also moniters the fluids of the vehical. It operaters by receiving orders from a nearby OCC. From then the Spotter targets the enemy and calculates what to set the Pitch and Yaw to as well as charge amount and shell type. He then enters in the orders and tells the gunner what to set the gun to. The gunner then sets the gun and waits for the Commanders order to fire. They then reload 2 more times and fire a total of 3 shells at the target. Next they wait for more orders for more targets.
