To take off vertically:
1. AG1+ Full Throttle
2. VTOL full forward
3. Constantly adjust pitch/roll/yaw
4. AG1 to transition to level flight(manage pitch)
To land STOL/vertical
1. VTOL back to 50% forward
2. AG1
3. use trim or vtol to manage pitch
4. maintain slight negative pitch to maintain forward speed
5. throttle down slowly
