It looks like the Blackbird, but it's not exactly so. It's similar, though. Top speed is 1440 mph, cruise altitude is 41,100 feet.The elevators are attached via a rotator, so the pitch of the aircraft can be altered from two points on the same airfoil. They help to stabilize the plane while in flight. During takeoff, you could very easily get into the sky just with the trim. When landing, touch down at around 300 mph, immediately open the parachute (AG 2), hit the brakes, and trim the elevators all the way up (so the nose goes down).
