The IAR-95 SPAY is an romanian prototype multirole fighter,this project started in 1970 to build an multirole fighter similar at the F-16/mig-29 but the Project was cancelled in 1980 and shortly re open and permanently cancelled in 1988 due to lackof founds, this plane have an good armament whit AAM And ATG Armament mainly soviet and Yugoslavian missile and bombs.
