Backstory:
Upon learning of new regulations, the engineer had to quickly redesign the airplane. Over the next few days (and nearly going crazy in the process) he finally found a model that completed the simulations perfectly. A new prototype was constructed (named the RACER II), and sent to compete in the tournament.
