After the great hurricanes, hitting the shores of akuma, akuma need a way to test their shores. So CEC was given a grant for the Seagull. A plane ment to test water temp, wave speed, fish density, etc. Its my first plane ive made without basing it out on some one elses plane. I hope you enjoy, and expect nee planes soon.
