@Kav you can use Wisteria but not Kistar as of now. (in game you can just take off from Avalanche it looks the same as any other ice airport)
@ZealousKestrel Thank you but Avyro needs an airbase in kistar. Avalanche Airbase will be good for us.
@Kav im going to keep SE in some power since no previous decisions only on his part have caused any trouble for Kistar or Wisteria, so from an RP perspective its beneficial
