Auto Credit Based on rossisboss12's Rally Buggy 2.5
Fixed the front suspension to work like actual suspension now and the buggy rides lower for better handling (it's actually hard to flip it now). Also made a few cosmetic changes here and there.

@rossisboss12 the seat is a newer one, but the steering wheel is from an older model :)
@Spikerya I just had the parts in the sub-assemblies and couldn't remember where they came from.
