CONTROLLS:
TO TAKE OFF: Throttle all the way up, VTOL down and hit ACT4

ACT3: detach side boosters

ACT2: command capsule parachutes

ACT1: detach main stage/main stage parachutes.

(Wind to 200mph and hit ACT5 while still on launch pad)
