Tested on High physics settings. Give it an air start and watch it go. It can control pretty well for being so fast.
Issues/Strange things
Goes around 6-7,000 mph at low altitude but if you climb a bit you can potentially go over 30,000 mph.
Pitch doesn't work well, and sometimes doesn't work at all at low altitude, as a rule of thumb try to stay above 10,000 ft at all times.
It's possible to leave the hypersonic state and enter a glide by rolling and pitching at the same time to slow down enough, but only works where you can pitch well. You can also re-enter hypersonic speed by gliding near 300 mph.
In slow motion you can pitch at low altitude
It doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes when the plane goes it the water, it flies right out backwards. This has something do to with pitching too.
How did I do it? Guess in the comments.

Pretty much. I remember it working a lot better at the time I uploaded it a few years ago, some of the things I wrote in the description are no longer true. @Jukkelus

Crazy contraption - I like it!

Flutter effect? 0 mass wings glitch and propel the craft?

@Thefalloutplayr Ok I think I've understand. By reduce the mass of wings at 0, you provoke the flutter effect at low speed.

    @Thefalloutplayr What is massScale="0" ?

    You have sub-zero drag?

I see you utilized the "flutter effect"

@IStoleYourMeme i copped the middle of your plane and put them on the ends of the wings, the only thing not moving was the area ware the cockpit is aka center of mass.

@IStoleYourMeme its to big to handle the stress of the center of mass

@IStoleYourMeme i think its because the xml is messing with it

@bigguns1234 I'll assume you meant wings, since you're getting so close! Do you know why they're glitching out?

@IStoleYourMeme its glitching out the flaps so fast it moves it

  • Profile image

@bigguns1234 That's true, but it has nothing to do with why it's so fast

@IStoleYourMeme you made the cockpit small so the plane is actually larger
