Ok so basically, Zemonth purchased two Soviet prototype in which one of them are incomplete, there's two versions of this aircraft, The complete prototype (This one) and the incomplete one.

So it was named as the Steel stallion as it firstly used by Zemonth as a transport aircraft, unlike her sister which is converted to be a bomber. But Zemonth decided

"You know what? Not enough firepower"
"But sir, those are transport airc-"
"Did I stutter?"

And then this gunship is born

If you think about it, she's actually pretty terrifying considering she can HOVER while attacking her targets, which makes her a very suitable and effective air support aircraft (also, her cargo bay are converted into a straight up portal generator, which can teleports and drop light tanks from her cargo bay during combat (If the cargo door are open of course)).

Also, she has other... Notable... Feature... That... Well... Let's just say that she carries missile.
