How to fly - Push the throttle to 100%
then, slowly move up the VTOL to 100% for take-off. Control the Pitch while you are doing that. once you get above 300 ft or 100 meters, turn down the VTOL to 75% and fly to your destination.
Landing: reduce VTOL to 50% or more, Be gentle when you are closer to the ground. That is easy
