Rule
All you need to do is to make a fighter or trainer or bomber super prop ranging from the 1940s to the 1950s it can have a Contra-rotating propellers or even be a fictional fighter. You are also allowed to add mods and almost forgot you can have three builds only
speed
the speed of the planes for a fighter needs to be around 450 to 570 mph for a bomber it can be 360 to 520 mph. but if you decide to do a Tu-95 than you can make it go at lest 560 mph. also as long as the plane has a prop if you want you can put a jet engine to make it a mix of propeller and jet
