The Mig 15 was developed by te Soviet Union in 1949 and was mainly use to counter the American F-86 Sabre. It is one of he most widely produced fighter jets with around 12,000 being made. The number is raised to around 18,000 wih Licensed Foreign jets my mostly by the North Korean's.
