At the year 2100, WW3 Started. The USA was lagging behind. They needed a new bomber plane. So they designed the SK - 11. They couldn't give it stealth. So they just put a hella ton of flares. The blueprint took 4 years. The first flight was at 2116. It proved very effective, and they are working on a successor. (Unfortunately I don't plan on making a successor in SP)
