Personal Remarks

My first time applying a livery to an aircraft. It's quite detailed, as I tried to replicate most details of the livery, and I like it very much. I know Lufthansa has applied a new livery to its A340s, but I feel that the old livery has more charisma, with the distinctive yellow logo. (i'm still gonna place the new livery on an A340-300 soon though)
Hope that this may have made your day, and that you'll enjoy flying this unique plane with one of the iconic airlines of Europe.

About The Lufthansa A340-600 (taken from a combination of sources and simplified for reading ease)

History

In 1991, the A340X concept was formulated for a new variant of the A340-300 with greater passenger capacity and MTOW, in exchange of decreased range. In 1994, Airbus studied an A340 Advanced with newer engines that could produce more thrust. The selection of engines consisted of Pratt & Whittney's advanced ducted propulsor, CFM International's CFMXX and Rolls Royce's RB141. GE Aviation was invited to produce an engine that could offer greater thrust than CFM's, but in 1997 GE pulled out. In the end, the Rolls Royce Trent 500 was selected over P&W's engine proposals.

Design

Meant to replace early-generation Boeing 747 airliners, the A340-600 can carry 379 passengers in a three-class cabin layout for 13,900 km (7,500 nmi). It carries about as many passengers as a 747 but has 25% more cargo volume, as well as about 10% lower operating costs than the -300. It mainly competes with the 777-300ER, and is succeeded by the A350-1000.

The A340-600 is longer than the -300, Boeing 747-400 and A380, and has 1 more exit door on one side than previous variants. To handle the increased MTOW, its central landing gear has 2 more wheels than that of the -300.

It held the record for the world's longest commercial aircraft until the first flight of the Boeing 747-8 in February 2010. The skinniness of the plane led many to name it a "flying pencil", alongside the Boeing 757-300 and Douglas DC-8.

The A340-600 in fictional "Pencil Airways" livery. Should I put this livery on a 757?

Flying With Lufthansa

Lufthansa ordered a total of 10 A340-600s, along with 17 -300s. In 2020, Lufthansa placed all its A340-600s into storage, mainly due to the onset of the Covid-19 crisis. Although it was quick to retire all of its A380s, Lufthansa is apparently still attached to its A340s, keeping all of the -300s and bringing 5 -600s back into service.

Sadly, the A340-600s may not last long. Lufthansa has announced that when its A350-900s with first class are delivered in 2023, the A340-600s will be slowly purged.

A unique feature of the Lufthansa A340-600s is that it has a lower deck that contains lavatories. So despite being considered a single-deck airliner, the A340-600 is technically double-decker. This lower deck can be accessed by a staircase near the centre of the aircraft, behind the premium economy seats.

That's all I have for this trivia. Happy flying!

@biibiiqwertyuiop check the connections of the stabiliser, and remove all connections saying “Fuselage”. Make sure it only connects to a Small Rotator.
