It definitely needs work. First off, I'd scrap the gyroscope entirely, and set a roll rate to your ailerons with overload. Also, you should probably refine the cockpit with computers and radar, since this thing does seem to be a modern jet. Also, its turning performance is terrible. You should really work on the pitch.
