I added modded engines (hope thats ok) and large wings with a little dihedral. It takes forever to take off but it can pitch up ok in the air.

Nice looking plane. Need a lots of speed to take off. Your CoM and CoL are wayyy too far apart, that's why it's so difficult to take off.
