HMAS Vendetta was a V-class Destroyer, Like the HMAS Vampire, laid down November 1916, and launched as HMAS Vendetta in 3 September 1917, and finished 17 October 1917, She was assigned to the 17th destroyer Flotilla and patrolled the Baltic sea. On the 17th November She was involved in the Second Battle Of Heligoland Bight, and on the 5th of December rescued 430 survivors from the HMS Cassandra after she hit the mine and sank. After the war, she was initially used to tow German ships for scrapping, before being used in the Irish patrol in 1919. In 1923 she served with the Estonian Navy, then served in the Jeddah war in 1924, then in March 1925 escorted the Royal yacht Victoria and Albert III. in 1933 she was transferred to the RAN to replace the S class Destroyers. In WWII she was part of the "Scrap Iron Flotilla", along with HMAS Vampire. on the 18th August 1940 she participated in the bombardment of Bardia. on the 3rd January 1941 she participated in the second bombardment of Bardia. in March 1941she transported troops and materiel to Greece. on the 27th of March she participated in the Battle of Cape Matapan. Due to engine troubles, she had to retreat to Alexandria for repairs. When she returned in April she became involved in Operation Demon, ferrying troops from Greece to Crete. From the end of May to the start of August she was assigned to the Tobruk Ferry Service, and made 20 return voyages, the most out of all ships assigned. On the 2nd February, the vessel, having had her AA guns removed to defend Singapore, was towed across the Great Australian Bight to Williamstown Naval Dockyard for a refit to a transport vessel. from 1943-1945 she was used in convoy escort and transportation duties in Australian and New Guinea waters. After the war, she returned to Sydney on the 3rd October 1945, and was stripped from the 20th March 1945 to 2 July 1945.

Note:This was built using a 1/700 scale waterline model for reference, so is not very detailed, and everything below the waterline is pretty much made up.
DO NOT ACTIVATE AG4,5 OR 6 WHILE THE TORPEDO TUBES ARE ALIGNED WITH THE SHIP!
