Arbiter: Temperance was first sighted coming out of a portal in the red sea, where she destroy several tankers, before exiting through the Suez Canal. Once in the Mediterranean, she attacked a small force of Strategist executors heading for the island or Sicily, destroying most. While she engaged the Italian Navy in a very one-sided battle, she send one of her Enforcers* to throw a toaster at Watcher Theta, for no reason in particular. She was last seen taking potshots at Observer Zero and Purifier.
