The Pulqui II was a high-wing single-seater, with a 40° rear sweep and negative dihedral. The tail was T-shaped, with the stabilizers located above the rudder. The construction was all metal, and the cabin was pressurized with a bubble-type cover. It did not have an ejection seat and the evacuation maneuver was carried out by inverting the ship, releasing the bubble and allowing the pilot to fall by gravity. The engine chosen was a Rolls Royce Nene II turbine with a power of 2267 kg. An interesting fact is that the MiG-15 used a Soviet copy of this same engine.
